Video credits and payment refund policy
How automatic credit returns for failed AI video tasks differ from payment refund requests, including the information to provide for billing support.

If generation fails
Credits are reserved when a video task is created. Temporary provider errors may be retried. When a task reaches its final failed status, the reserved credits are returned automatically, once. A task still processing has not failed yet. Check My videos before starting another attempt.
This restores the credit balance. It is not a payment-card refund. A successful video consumes credits, including when you would prefer different movement, likeness or scenery. AI outputs are variable and are not guaranteed to match the concept illustrations.
If you cancel checkout
Leaving checkout before payment is completed does not buy a pack. If you are uncertain whether a payment completed, inspect your order history before retrying. An abandoned checkout and a paid order are different states.
Requesting a payment refund
For duplicate charges, a billing error or an unused-pack refund request, open an account support ticket. Include the order number, purchase date and reason. Do not include a password or full card details. Requests are reviewed against the order’s payment status and credit use. Submitting a request does not itself approve a refund.
If a payment refund is approved, the operator processes it through the original payment provider and adjusts related credits as appropriate. Processing time depends on that provider. There is no automatic cash-refund window promised on this page.
Credit expiry and future changes
Purchased pack credits have no expiry date. Pack prices and the cost of future generations may change; the price and credits are shown before each new purchase or generation. Check the current pricing page.
