Credits are the unit used to pay for video generation in this studio. A pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Purchased credits have no expiry date. The pricing page shows the current pack amounts and the cost of one video; those values can change for future purchases and generations.

How many videos can I make?

Divide the pack’s credits by the displayed credits per video and round down to a whole number. For example, a pack of 2,400 credits at a rate of 600 credits per video covers four videos. Both are an example calculation; use the current pricing page for the active offer.

What happens after payment?

The payment provider processes your payment. Credits are granted only after the server verifies that the order is paid. Visiting a success URL does not grant credits. Return to the creator and check the balance before starting your task. If it has not updated, refresh in a moment or review your payment history.

When are credits used?

Starting generation reserves the required credits. There may be automatic retries for temporary provider errors. A task that reaches a final failed status returns the credits automatically, once. This is a credit return, not a refund to your payment card.

A successfully generated video consumes credits even if the motion, face or scene differs from your preference. Generated output is variable; use a clear portrait and review the product description before submitting.

Can I cancel a checkout?

You can leave the payment provider’s page without completing payment. When you return to the creator, the browser draft remains available within its 30-minute window. Check order status if you are unsure whether a payment went through before trying again.

How do payment refunds work?

See the refund policy. Use Help & contact and include the order number for duplicate charges, billing problems or a refund request. Do not include full card details or passwords. Generation credits and payment refunds are separate processes.
